About Miravest, Inc.

Miravest Inc. was formed and incorporated at Tacoma, Washington in 1988. Then as Mira Properties, Inc., Michael Rabstoff, its President, offered full service commercial brokerage to the public along with personal investment and development of smaller properties. In 2000 Mira Properties was renamed Miravest and the focus on development and investment became primary.

Michael is also Vice President and 50% owner of Rainier Construction, Inc. a Tucson, Arizona based general contracting and development corporation. Rainier currently constructs luxury custom and resale homes in select residential communities. Rainier averages nine projects in progress at any given time, representing over $15 million in value. The primary communities within which Rainier now develops are Canyon Pass in Dove Mountain, Catalina Estates, Canada Hills Estates and Reflection Ridge.

Currently, overall project values exceed $325 million.

Current and Prior Administrative Activities:

Past President, Board member, Tacoma Community Redevelopment Association. A City commissioned independent board created to distribute and administer governmental funds to residential and commercial project applicants. Annual budget @ $20 million.

Board member, Pierce County Development Association. A County commissioned independent board created to distribute and administer governmental funds to residential and commercial project applicants. Annual budget @ $19 million.
